We welcome our guests to start their day at “The Dyo Elies” with delicious flavours from the rich breakfast buffet. San Antonio participates in the action of “Greek Breakfast” and what we offer is prepared with the best seasonal ingredients of the Greek and Corfiot land.
This atmospheric all-day bar-restaurant is located close to the lower pool and offers the perfect setting for endless hours of relaxation and tranquility. Languid sun beds spaced out over the pool area, create plenty of private sanctuaries as well. From early morning until late in the evening, guests can enjoy an iced coffee, a freshly squeezed orange juice or a signature cocktail along with various tasty snacks.
On the other side, the restaurant – bar is an Al Fresco 60-seater all-day outlet. Tasty, fresh from the market ingredients are used to create home-made, favorite Corfiot & Mediterranean dishes with a modern twist. Experience exquisite flavours and textures of the Greek tradition, in the vibrant surroundings of “The Dyo Elies”, redefining the classic meze, with exceptionally good food to be shared by everyone around the table.
